The amazing thing about life is that you never know what happens next. Yep just like what Forrest Gump said.
I was bent on going to Lake Mainit for Good Friday, instead I found myself spending the night in San Francisco. Don’t get fooled by the name, this is in Agusan Del Sur, where one of the most beautiful girls on earth, my niece, resides. Lol.

San Francisco is a 45-60 minute drive from Butuan City, along twisted roads and highways. The roads are very good and the scenery better. For a Manila Boy who’s confined to the concrete jungles of Manila, the trip was a truly welcome relief. Once you get to the place you will be treated to a looming Mt. Diwata- a virgin forest according to some folks here. Rrright.
Actually this is just the first leg of my trip. We’re going to Cagwait. I know, I know I’m supposed to go there on the 18th but the significant other wanted to go there so who am I to disagree. Not to worry though, I found another place to go to on that date– the awesome enchanted river of Hinatuan! Just look at those blue river water! Man, I’d love to jump in on those. Enough. It’s already 3 in the morning here and we need to be getting on! Cagwait here we come! I’ll be sure to photograph the hell out of that place so stay tuned!!
